President Prabowo Subianto recently spoke at the ‘National Conference of Indonesian Kadin Unity Consolidation’ which took place at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Jakarta on 16 January 2025. The conference followed the appointment of Anindya Novyan Bakrie as the Chairman of Kadin Indonesia for the 2024-2029 term, along with M. Arsjad Rasjid P.M. as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Kadin Indonesia for the same period. President Prabowo praised Kadin for emphasizing the importance of unity in the midst of complex global challenges, stating that unity is essential for Indonesia to navigate global competition successfully. He emphasized the need for collaboration among Indonesian entrepreneurs to boost the nation’s prosperity and highlighted the significance of developing human resources with excellence and integrity as the foundation for national advancement. The President also urged entrepreneurs to support government initiatives such as increasing investment and fostering innovation in various sectors. He emphasized the importance of having a dynamic Kadin led by bold, innovative, and cooperative entrepreneurs to drive Indonesia’s progress. President Prabowo reaffirmed that all government policies are aimed at benefiting the nation and its citizens, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to their implementation. The event was attended by prominent figures including the Minister of Investment and Downstream, the Chairman of the Honorary Board of Kadin Indonesia Rosan Roeslani, and the Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, among others. Anindya Novyan Bakrie and M. Arsjad Rasjid P.M, the newly appointed key leaders of Kadin Indonesia, were also present at the event.
